What to expect of your role:
The Fraud Manager will oversee the detection, prevention, and management of fraudulent activities across the online casino and sportsbook. This role requires a deep understanding of fraud schemes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will proactively develop strategies to minimize risk while ensuring a seamless user experience.
You will be expected to:
Prevent & Detect Fraud:
Monitor and analyze customer transactions to detect suspicious activities;
Use fraud detection tools and systems to mitigate risks in real time;
Develop fraud rules and ensure they align with evolving fraud trends.
Analyse & Report Data:
Perform in-depth analysis of fraud cases and generate actionable insights;
Prepare regular reports on fraud metrics, trends, and operational effectiveness.
