The Customer Technical Support Officer (Junior) is responsible for the handling of day-to-day tasks and is considered the 1st level of support for the Customer Technical Support department and acts as the first point of contact between Playtech and our partners.
Your influential mission:
Acting as the initial point of contact for our customers concerning software and hardware issues.
Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolvingcases which are logged through our ticketing system or through the phone, and escalating issues to our Service Provider where necessary.
Providingsupport and consulting with engineers to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem via LiveChat.
