Olympios Flat Management Ltd, a company active in the hospitality industry and apartments’ management, is seeking to employ an individual suitable for the position of a Bookkeeping & Secretarial Support Officer who would have the following duties and responsibilities:
What you will need to do:
Book-keeping for the group companies (Axle)
Book-keeping for the Common Expenses at the complex (Universe)
Quarterly VAT preparation
Filing
Provision of assistance to the directors
Interaction and communication with suppliers / housekeepers / guests
Reception and provision of assistance to guests during the check-in process
Inspection of the apartments (prior to check-in and following check-out)
What you will need to have:
Degree in Accounting or Finance OR work experience in accounting / book-keeping for at least 2 years (Lyceum Diploma is a must)
Very good knowledge of Accounting Software programs (Axle and Universe...
