We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Legal & Corporate Governance team. Your main role would be to execute all the administrative duties related to the proper functioning of the activities of the Board of Directors.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Organise Board meetings (arrange venue, dispatch invitations, prepare and send agenda with documentation etc)
Prepare/transcribe/dispatch the minutes of board meetings, ensuring that all key discussions, decisions, and action items are accurately recorded.
Follow up on deliverables/actions of board meetings as assigned.
Ensure strict confidentiality of all issues discussed at board meetings.
Ensure the proper filing of records.
Communicate effectively with all staff, board members, and other key stakeholders as needed.
Successful candidates should have:
Similar professional experience or administration experience in a Legal firm....
