We are looking for a German VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English and German both written and spoken
Proactive person with good support / sales skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Attention to details
Previous experience will be considered as an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues
Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs
Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting
Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations
Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage
