Position responsible to supervise and manage employees.
Responsibilities
Manages all day to day operations.
Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employee's absence.
Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met .
Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed.
Ensures the quality and standards meet the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
Qualifications
3 +years’ experience in the same position or any similar in a restaurant or 4-5star hotel.
Excellent knowledge of English language
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality will be considered an advantage
Excellent leadership, management and team building skills
