The general objective of the job is to provide assistance to management and professional staff by implementing general technical and administrative support including, but not limited to, handling telephone calls, taking and leaving messages, directing visitors, receiving incoming correspondence, updating database information, preparing couriers, attending to office supplies, and similar.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and transferring phone calls;
Meeting, directing and registering visitors, offering drinks and providing other assistance, if requested;
Taking and leaving messages;
Receiving, registering and distributing incoming correspondence in accordance with TMF’s internal procedures;
Translating and summarizing documents;
Sending and registering correspondence by fax for couriers;
