Due to strong continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for two Q&A Engineers to join the 3CX team. You’ll spend the day diagnosing and troubleshooting software technical issues. Our ideal candidate will be very willing and open to in-house training on the specific product.
The Role
Checking if the product meets requirements and verifying results
Testing and debugging
Analyzing and verifying test results
Working hours 09:00 to 17:30
About the Applicant
Smart mind, willing to learn and be trained
Willing to spend the day diagnosing and troubleshooting software technical issues
Experience and / knowledge of VoIP and telecommunications technologies an asset
Must Haves
Experience with bug management, tracking and reporting programs.
Closely familiar with the software development cycles and version control
Experience with test case creation...
