We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll Specialist to join our HR department in Cyprus. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment and be in charge of the payroll process, in addition to being the main point of contact for employee benefits and other HR admin issues.
What You'll Be Doing
Payroll duties:
Process monthly payroll runs, including calculation of overtime hours, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
Time off management.
Work with various stakeholders to collect inputs and process payroll.
Prepare and execute payment orders.
Distribute monthly and annual pay statements to employees.
Prepare payroll reports for upper management and finance department.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees.
HR duties:
Manage the day to day of all employee benefits.
Ensure employee records are completed and updated when needed.
