Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team;
Oversee the daily operations of the office.
Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and equipped;
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed;
Supervise office cleaning and maintenance;
Perform Procurement Processes;
Financial Management: Assist in budget preparation and expense management;
Process invoices, track expenses;
Act as a liaison between staff and management;
Organise Office based events.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in office management or a related administrative role;
English and Greek are mandatory. Russian is plus;
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Basic accounting knowledge;
