Respond to employee requests and assist with any office-related needs. Collaborate with the HR team to organize events both in the office and outside. Manage relationships with various vendors and service providers. Track and report office expenses, ensuring accurate financial records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong communication abilities in English and Greek; Russian language is a plus! Experience in event planning and vendor management. A problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
