Essential Tasks
- Handle offsite requests from corporate customers and end users, providing first and second-level technical assistance related to computer systems, hardware or software via phone, web tools and email;
- Handle onsite requests from corporate customers, providing first and second-level technical assistance related to the former; also to cabling and networking, installation, configuration and testing of systems, hardware and software.
Peripheral Tasks
- Forward new service requests to the appropriate department;
- Assist with the quotation of new service requests.
Required Experience.
- 5+ years of practical IT and/or helpdesk experience;
- Required working knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting the systems listed below;
- Strong knowledge and experience with operating systems (Windows 8+, Mac);
- Knowledge of collaboration software (Skype, Slack, GSuite, ZohoDesk, others);
