Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
Co – ordinate between other Human Recourse companies throughout Cyprus
Administer employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR best practices.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinate performance reviews and support professional development initiatives.
