Requirements:
1+ years of experience in a relevant position, preferably in a multinational IT company (HR administration, office manager, personal assistant, etc.);
Experience with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, 1-1 meetings, learning and development, satisfaction feedback, performance review, salary review, retention, offboarding);
Experience in the use and implementation of various HRIS systems;
Upper-Intermediate level of English - written and spoken;
