We are looking for an HR Administrato r who can assist with our daily human resources operations. Oversee payroll and employee benefits
Provide guidance on payroll & compensation and benefits
Conduct investigations in response to employee complaints
Mentor managers on employee development best practices
Responsible for administering internal records
Oversee training and development programs
Must Have's :
Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
1+ years of HR Admin experience
Proficiency with HRIS or Payroll Systems
Strong communication skills
Have strong attention to details and take pride in delivering quality reports.
