Responsibilities Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Management
Implement workforce planning strategies to support business needs and organizational growth;
Partner with managers in organizational design to review and confirm organizational changes, job descriptions, and internal mobility cases.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
Provide guidance and support on performance management and succession planning processes, ensuring alignment with company goals;
Manage employee relations cases, advising managers on best practices, conflict resolution, and compliance;
Support eNPS action plans to enhance team engagement;
Conduct onboarding sessions for new managers, introducing them to HR processes, company culture, and leadership expectations.
