POSITION SUMMARY:
The Supervisor, Restaurant is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the assigned Outlet(s) functions, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and maintaining professional standards of service, while providing continuous development to employees.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works and provides supervision in assigned section or Outlet, ensuring all F&B Standard Operating Procedures are followed
Exhibits a thorough understanding of all related services and products and the ability to recommend and upsell alternatives
Assists with the readiness of the Outlet for service
Ensures that all Outlet employees are familiar with the products and services, current promotions, policies and other important information
Ensures that working stations and all equipment are organized, clean and tidy at all times
