ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a passionate Back Office & Customer Support Officer to handle the day-to-day duties in the Back Office Department. The working hours will be shifts with rotating weeks: 1st shift: 07:30 - 16:30, 2nd shift: 13:30 - 22:30 . MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing client deposits and withdrawals as per Company’s policy
Ensure that deposits, withdrawals and transactions pending are organized in order of priority, most often by time received, and processed in a timely manner
KYC checks
Swift copies and CC Refunds
Inform clients by email when additional information/documentation is required for processing a pending transaction
Respond to client emails, provide live chat support and handle client requests with efficiency
