ln this role, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our portfolio of accounts. The agent will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they effectively utilize our platform and services to meet their business needs and goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Regularly engage with your portfolio of accounts to understand their business, goals and strategies.
Identify opportunities for clients to better leverage our company’s software.
Train merchants on how to best use our software to match their business needs.
Notify clients of software upgrades and schedule training on new features.
