We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for our Professional Services team who will act as an operational Account Manager for all pre- and post-release activities, including ongoing customer management, new requests, and the client’s full life cycle. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Develop strong client relationships and maintain fluent communication with all relevant stakeholders (internally and externally).
Act as the primary POC and trusted advisor to our partners, enhancing the client relationship experience and optimizing their business engagement strategy.
Manage onboarding of new partners / clients.
Optimize growth by identifying opportunities and trends via periodic reports on monthly/quarterly/yearly operational performance with KPI insights.
Monitor usage and product adoption, proactively contact clients upon low usage and deliver coaching/training to improve their utilization and adoption of new channels.
