About the role: As a customer service specialist you will be responsible for all customer queries and support, you will represent the face of Currency Solutions. This will include general queries, follow ups, responding to customer feedback, promoting customer reviews of Currency Solutions services. Customer services will also be responsible for ad-hoc administrative tasks. Complying with the company’s policies, procedures and controls when dealing with customers and colleagues.
