Position Summary The Analyst, Database Administration is responsible for establishing and optimizing the database systems to support the Casino Marketing, Business Development and Loyalty Services Division. The individual will support in maintaining the membership databases, ensuring data accuracy and security, generating reports and insights, optimizing database performance, and collaborating with teams to leverage data for strategic decision-making and customer engagement efforts. Primary Responsibilities
Analyzing customer data to support marketing campaigns, loyalty programs and business growth initiatives.
Generate regular reports on database performance and usage.
Maintains and develops Business Development coding processes and requests.
