POSITION SUMMARY:
The Attendant, Gaming Machines will provide excellent customer service and ensures all guests receive an unique and positive experience in the Casino. The Attendant, Gaming Machines shall directly report to the Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Senior Supervisor, Gaming Machines and Duty Manager, Gaming Machines.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcomes all guests of the complex, tell them about available slot machines and game rules, know the games
Explains content and advantages of loyalty program to customers
Creates positive corporate culture, based on Company objectives
Exchanges information with Supervisors and Managers on how to improve business activities and services
Creates and maintains inclusive working environment and ensures proactive teamwork with all the colleagues
