Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Taking messages and handling correspondence
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
Perform any other related tasks required by the office (receipts, filling, payments, invoicing etc)
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
