The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing for real estate projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned. Responsibilities Assist in organisation of marketing materials Prepare and distribute marketing materials to agents and clients Manage administrative duties Answer emails (queries) and phone calls Use a CRM system to upload materials and manage website presentation Social media managment (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok etc.) Qualifications Experience in an office environment is essential Experience in the real-estate industry/market knowledge Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Fluent English and Greek are favorable, Russian and any other languages are a big bonus Have all legal documentation and right to live and work in Cyprus Not what you are looking...
