Position: Office Administrator Department: Human Resources Reports To: Head of People and Culture
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Keeps records of all company legal documents, certificates and registrations
Sets up and maintains paper/electronic filing systems for records and correspondence
Keeps stock of all office supplies and places orders where necessary
Manages front desk by taking external phone calls, managing post and couriers
Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate persons
Gives information over the phone, takes messages and transfers calls accordingly
Acts as a Personal Assistant to all directors of the company
Drafts documents to be sent to various ministries, government offices, etc.
Manages the office petty cash and liaises with Accounting for payments of suppliers
Arranges the car parking facilities for the employees within the building
