Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Accounts / Customer Success team, mentoring and developing staff to ensure high performance.
Define the account management strategy, including client engagement, retention, and growth plans. Oversee a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
Establish processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track account performance, retention, and upsell
opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Product and Support teams to resolve escalations, implement solutions, and enhance client experience.
