As a Level 2 Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining our server infrastructure. You will handle escalated support issues, perform system optimizations, and work closely with the Level 1 support team to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 support for Linux and Windows-based servers. Deploy servers for clients, arrange hardware upgrades and downgrades. Troubleshoot escalated issues related to virtualization, cPanel/WHM, DNS, and email hosting along with bare metal servers. Monitor server infrastructure, responding to alerts and proactively resolving issues. Perform system maintenance, updates, and patching for Linux and Windows environments. Assist in server provisioning, migrations, and hardware upgrades. Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations.
