RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close

Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner

Customer service and support to company associates through of telephone, email, social media, etc.
Update of the CRM
Coordination of meetings
Basic book keeping and office expenses recording
Management of invoices, receipts and payments
Distribution of marketing material (both digital and hardcopy) to associates of the company
Perform tasks outside the office, such as in the Tax Office, the Land Registry, the Municipality of Larnaca, the Social Insurance and anywhere else required
High school diploma
Great computer skills (Work, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
