As a Guest Relations Executive, you will:
Act as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively.
Anticipate guest needs to deliver personalized service.
Resolve guest complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
Qualifications
Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills.
Receptionist Duties experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
