Pedieos IVF Center has been a pioneer in IVF Treatment, Embryo Development and Egg Freezing in Cyprus. Established in 1986 by Dr. Krinos M. Trokoudes, our center has had a tremendous influence on the field of reproductive medicine in both Cyprus and Greece. Due to the rapid growth of our egg donation program, Aphrodite Egg Bank has been developed and operates under Pedieos IVF Center. We currently work with several clinics in Europe, North America and the Middle East and are constantly expanding to new frontiers.

Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing strategies that will ensure a positive experience that exceeds guest’s expectations
Work collaboratively with all department managers to make sure operations are running smoothly in tandem with one another
Anticipate all guest needs and respond promptly & accordingly
Establish and maintain standards for staff performance and customer service
Maintaining full knowledge of all inner working of the hotel, including Food and Beverage outlets, front office, hotel policies, VIP guests, hotel availabilities, special events and more.
Responsible for employee recruitment and staff evaluation
Reviewing employee behaviour, appearance and performance
