Summary/Description of Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our fast growing team, and who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across Moneygate’s digital payments and financial services ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of fintech, digital banking, and performance marketing, as well as brand positioning within the fintech sector.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Moneygate, covering B2B customer segments.
Oversee brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing across all digital and offline channels.
Optimize marketing spend and ensure data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and growth efficiency.
Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and content strategies to drive sustainable user and revenue growth.
Manage Moneygate’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
Oversee sponsorships, fintech expos, and strategic partnerships to strengthen Moneygate’s industry presence.
Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and market entries.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional marketing team across content, paid media, social, partnerships, and communications.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver effective, timely marketing campaigns.
Foster collaboration between marketing, sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
Strong expertise in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital banking sectors.
In-depth knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies within financial technology or SaaS industries.
Proven track record in performance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization.
Experience managing SEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, social media, and digital PR campaigns.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams, freelancers and agencies.
Have creative vision
Hands-on experience with paid social media, sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events.
