Summary/Description of Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our fast growing team, and who will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across Moneygate’s digital payments and financial services ecosystem. This role requires a deep understanding of fintech, digital banking, and performance marketing, as well as brand positioning within the fintech sector.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a strategic, results-oriented marketing leader to shape the future of a fast-growing fintech brand and play a pivotal role in driving customer trust and global expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Moneygate, covering B2B customer segments.
  • Oversee brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and performance marketing across all digital and offline channels.
  • Optimize marketing spend and ensure data-driven decision-making to maximize ROI and growth efficiency.
  • Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, CRM, and content strategies to drive sustainable user and revenue growth.
  • Manage Moneygate’s social media presence and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
  • Oversee sponsorships, fintech expos, and strategic partnerships to strengthen Moneygate’s industry presence.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, features, and market entries.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional marketing team across content, paid media, social, partnerships, and communications.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver effective, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Foster collaboration between marketing, sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles (Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing, CMO, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital banking sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies within financial technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record in performance marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization.
  • Experience managing SEO, PPC, CRM, content marketing, social media, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams, freelancers and agencies.
  • Have creative vision
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media, sponsorships, partnerships, and industry events.
