What you’ll do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your retention team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and mentoring to strengthen product knowledge, sales techniques, and client relationship management skills.
  • Monitor and analyze performance, using KPIs and client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Drive retention strategies by fostering strong client relationships, maximizing engagement, and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine processes, share insights, and contribute to the company’s overall retention strategy.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and success, encouraging your team to take ownership of their goals and deliver results.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments to ensure the team adapts quickly to market trends and competitive challenges.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Retention Team Lead in the forex or trading industry.
  • Strong background in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Experience using CRM tools and analyzing client data to drive performance.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • A proactive, energetic, and client-focused mindset with strong leadership capabilities.
