About the Role

As a Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content and managing RevNinja’s and their clients social media presence along with our brands. This role combines creativity with strategy, ensuring that our brand identity is consistently represented while driving engagement, growth, and meaningful interactions with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Design engaging graphics, illustrations, videos, and other creative assets for social media, website, email campaigns,banners, marketing ads, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms.
  • Create presentation decks, infographics, and promotional materials aligned with RevNinja’s goals.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to design campaign visuals.

Social Media Management

  • Create visually compelling content and manage social media for RevNinja and our clients’ multiple brands.
  • Create and schedule posts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an online community.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.
  • Track and report on social media performance, using insights to optimize content and campaigns

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social advertising campaigns is an advantage.
