We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Head of Brokerage to lead our brokerage division, drive strategic growth, and ensure compliance with diverse regulatory environments across global markets. This role is instrumental in positioning the brokerage division to meet the stringent requirements of a public company while fostering sustainable success.

In this role, you will collaborate with senior management to drive key strategic initiatives, oversee multi-regional operations, and lead projects that enhance performance and scalability. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience in the brokerage sector, with a strong ability to navigate regulatory complexities and inspire high-performing teams.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and implement high-level processes and controls to meet global regulatory requirements and enhance transparency
• Oversee the brokerage division’s global operations, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance across all markets
• Lead the division’s strategic alignment with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate brokerage strategies into the company’s broader growth and public market objectives
• Drive operational improvements to enhance client satisfaction and foster sustainable growth

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CySEC Advanced, CFA, or Series 7 are highly preferred
• Extensive experience in First Line Price and Best Execution (BE) monitoring, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing execution quality
• Minimum 10 years of experience in brokerage or investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of managing multi-regional operations and navigating complex regulatory landscapes
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed strategic decisions
• Exceptional leadership and change management capabilities, with experience in building cohesive, high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders and managing client relationships
• Strategic vision and adaptability, with a passion for innovation and driving sustainable growth
