Office Administrator (Real Estate & Asset Management) — Nicosia (Onsite)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (40 hrs/week)
Compensation: €1,200 net/month + 13th salary (annual bonus)

About the Role
We’re seeking an organised and detail-driven Office Administrator to support our daily operations. This role involves managing property listings, maintaining our CRM, liaising with developers, coordinating suppliers, and assisting with client communications. The position is office-based in Nicosia and offers a stable full-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Listings Management: Enter, update, and maintain property listings on our website and CRM with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
Developer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with developers to collect and update listing information, ensuring all data remains current.
CRM Upkeep: Keep records updated, clean, and accurate; generate basic lists and reports when required.
Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Support the asset management team by coordinating with suppliers and vendors for maintenance, repairs, and property services.
Maintenance Requests: Assist in logging, tracking, and following up on maintenance issues until resolution.
Social Media Monitoring: Keep track of messages, comments, and inquiries on company social media pages and promptly pass them to the sales team.
Call Center Oversight: Monitor incoming calls, ensure inquiries are logged/handled professionally, and escalate when needed.
Quality Assurance: Review and audit property data to ensure accuracy, remove outdated information, and maintain consistency.
General Office Support: Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and simple reports; support other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
Excellent phone manners and strong conversational skills.
Excellent computer literacy: proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Docs, email and calendar tools.
Prior experience with CRM systems or website/CMS data entry (training provided if needed).
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively.
Fluent English (Greek or other languages an advantage).
Must be eligible to work onsite in Nicosia.
