We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources function with a strong focus on administrative tasks, and recruitment coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in the first stages of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems.
Assist in preparing HR documents (contracts, letters, onboarding materials, etc.).
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Post job advertisements on various platforms and update careers page.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for review.
Coordinate interviews by scheduling candidates, arranging logistics, and sending confirmations.
Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities (documentation, induction scheduling, orientation logistics).
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
Administrative Support
Assist with general office administration (supplies, scheduling, correspondence).
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and training sessions.
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (advantageous).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
