Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources function with a strong focus on administrative tasks, and recruitment coordination. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in the first stages of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents (contracts, letters, onboarding materials, etc.).

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms and update careers page.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for review.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling candidates, arranging logistics, and sending confirmations.
  • Support pre-boarding and onboarding activities (documentation, induction scheduling, orientation logistics).
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office administration (supplies, scheduling, correspondence).
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, administration, or office support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
