Position Summary

 The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and closing strategic client relationships to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong B2B sales acumen who can navigate high-level conversations, understand complex service models, and close deals with global clients in the e-commerce, consumer goods, or legal sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • - Develop and implement outbound strategies for client acquisition.
  • - Manage the full sales cycle — from first contact to close.
  • - Work with internal teams to ensure proposals and solutions align with client needs.
  • - Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
  • - Collaborate on pricing models and deal structures.
  • - Represent Axencis at conferences, expos, and virtual events.
  • - Track and report on key sales KPIs and revenue targets.

Personal Requirements

  •  3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals in consultative or solution-based sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with international clients or legal/tech sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
  • Experience working in international business environments or legal/tech sectors is a plus.
