We are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Quality & Compliance Administrator in our office in Limassol.

Job Purpose:

The Junior Quality & Compliance Administrator plays a pivotal role in upholding the company’s commitment to excellence. They are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless communication, and ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external quality regulations.

This role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring compliance metrics, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Additionally, the administrator supports the department in ensuring that all products and services align with the company’s established quality standards, fostering continuous improvement and maintaining customer satisfaction. Effective collaboration and attention to detail are essential to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update documentation, including policies, procedures, and quality manuals.
  • Compliance Audits: Assist in scheduling and coordinating internal and external quality audits. Ensure that all findings are documented and followed up on.
  • Data Analysis: Compile and analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for the Quality Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all products/services comply with relevant quality standards and regulations. Stay updated on changes to industry regulations and standards.
  • Communication: Liaise with different departments to ensure that quality standards are understood and adhered to. Provide support and training where necessary.
  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to employees on quality standards and compliance requirements and support departments in resolving compliance issues and improving processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on quality and compliance metrics for management review and analyse trends to recommend improvements in processes and systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the QA department.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Experience: Experience in compliance, preferably within the Financial Services sector will be considered as an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Greek and English
  • Active Listening and Critical Thinking
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-discipline and the able to meet deadlines
