Food and Beverage Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Food & Beverage Administrator to support ur dynamic F&B department. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across our outlets through comprehensive administrative support, accurate reporting, and effective coordination between suppliers, management, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain F&B documentation including supplier contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records.

· Coordinate with the F&B Controller for timely and accurate order processing.

· Track departmental expenses and assist with financial reporting.

· Organize and maintain filing systems (digital & physical).

· Schedule and support F&B meetings (agendas, minutes, communications).

· Ensure licenses, permits, and compliance documentation are up to date.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, costs, and inventory.

· Support menu costing, POS updates, and event coordination.

· Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally in hospitality or F&B.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.

· Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.

· Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
