Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee records
Support recruitment efforts for urgent roles and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, effectively communicated, and consistently applied
Maintain compliance with Greek employment laws and internal policies
Assist managers with performance review processes and employee development initiatives
Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs
Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
3–4 years of experience as an HR Senior Associate, HR Manager, or similar role
Proven experience in real estate or hospitality HR operations is an advantage
Strong knowledge of Greek employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience providing maternity cover or supporting similar HR functions is a plus
Professional fluency in English and the local language
