Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including leave management, attendance tracking, and employee records
  • Support recruitment efforts for urgent roles and oversee the onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date, effectively communicated, and consistently applied
  • Maintain compliance with Greek employment laws and internal policies
  • Assist managers with performance review processes and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs
  • Prepare HR reports and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required); Master’s degree (preferred)
  • 3–4 years of experience as an HR Senior Associate, HR Manager, or similar role
  • Proven experience in real estate or hospitality HR operations is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Greek employment laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience providing maternity cover or supporting similar HR functions is a plus
  • Professional fluency in English and the local language
