Your Role
As part of our HR team, you’ll take on exciting, hands-on responsibilities that make a real impact:
- Manage recruitment for our river cruise teams, directly or through global agencies.
- Handle visa applications and coordinate travel and accommodations for our crew.
- Ensure team members meet company standards and facilitate seamless onboarding and handovers.
- Maintain and update our crew database, oversee working hours, and review pre-payroll details.
- Collaborate with teams across departments to improve and innovate HR processes.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
What You’ll Bring
- We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or the hotel catering industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English (bonus if you know German!)
- A collaborative spirit and a knack for teamwork.
- Confidence with standard IT tools and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- A curious mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
