 Information Technology Support Engineer 

Qualified candidates will be responsible for the support and maintenance of computer systems. They will work with the IT team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operation of the systems. The project concerns user support for the 3 major universities in Cyprus.

Main Responsibilities:

·        Installation, configuration and maintenance of computers and software.

·        Troubleshooting technical problems and providing support to users (Hardware and Software).

·        Monitoring and managing systems and creating reports.

·        Creating and maintaining documentation for systems procedures and settings.

·        Working with the IT team to develop and implement new technologies.

·        Equipment, maintenance and systems monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.

·        Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux).

·        Good knowledge in using windows 10&11, MS Ofiice 2019/365.

·        Ability to solve problems and provide technical support.

·        Good communication and team spirit.

Desirable Qualifications:

·        Experience in virtualization environments (Virtualization).

·        Knowledge of systems management tools (e.g. Active Director, Auto Pilot).
