To support their continued growth, they are now seeking a creative and driven Junior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their digital presence and marketing strategy.

Job Description

The Junior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s online marketing efforts, with a particular focus on social media, content creation, and brand awareness. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, and videos.

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

• Monitor social media engagement and provide performance reports.

• Manage website content and coordinate with external partners for updates and SEO.

• Create basic graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.

• Support email marketing campaigns and CRM-related marketing tasks.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media role.

• Solid understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and online engagement.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising is an advantage.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Excellent command of English; Greek is an advantage.

• Creative mindset with strong communication and time management skills.
