About The Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Tasks
- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies;
- Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records;
- Handle monthly accounting tasks, including journal entries and ledger maintenance;
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT reports in accordance with regulatory requirements;
- Assist in preparing and filing provisional tax returns and related documentation.
Requirements
- Solid accounting knowledge, including a strong understanding of debits and credits;
- Basic familiarity with tax and VAT concepts;
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a junior accountant or accountant;
- Degree in accounting or a related field;
- Proficiency in English (at least B2 level);
- Effective reporting and collaboration skills.
