About the company and the project:

A company offering the tools needed to manage payments. This is a one-stop shop for making payments through virtual terminals, making changes to payments before settlements and detailed reporting.

The company is looking for an Account Executive / Business Development Manager who plays a key role in ensuring revenue growth by managing the entire sales cycle, from search to closing. Once the opportunity is closed or won, the account manager ensures a smooth transition to the account management team. This role is crucial to the company's mission to provide innovative payment solutions and exceptional service to our customers.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. Ensure timely and efficient progress through each stage of the sales process, culminating in a successful close
  • Solution Presentation: Understand clients’ payment processing needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of BridgerPay’s offerings. Conduct product demonstrations and address any client questions
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your pipeline and converting prospects into clients. Focus on driving opportunities through to a successful close
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and a cohesive approach to client acquisition. Collaborate with the account management team to ensure a seamless transition of the client post-sale
  • Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics related to sales activities and revenue generation. Provide regular updates to the VP of Business Development and Partnership on progress and challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the payment processing industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in payment solutions, payment processing, or fintech
  • Experience in the iGaming industry
  • English С1+
