Responsibilities:

Developing Sales Strategies:

  - Crafting and implementing effective sales plans that align with the company’s objectives and target high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) seeking luxury properties.

  - Identifying new markets and customer segments to expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management:

  - Building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

  - Understanding clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.

Market Analysis:

  - Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and pricing strategies.

  - Analyzing data to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions, and sales tactics.

Negotiation and Closing Deals:

  - Negotiating terms and conditions with potential buyers and facilitating the closing of deals.

  - Ensuring all sales are conducted in compliance with legal and company standards.

Brand Representation:

  - Representing the company at high-profile events, networking opportunities, and property showings.

Reporting and Performance Tracking:

  - Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and presenting them to senior management.

  - Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve sales effectiveness.

- Reporting to Sales Director 

Marketing Collaboration:

  - Working closely with the marketing department to create campaigns that effectively promote high-value properties.

Financial Oversight:

  - Collaborating with finance teams to understand the financial aspects of sales and impact on the business.

Continual Improvement:

  - Seeking feedback from clients and team members to continually refine processes and enhance service delivery.

  - Staying updated with industry developments to introduce innovative sales approaches and techniques.
