Responsibilities:
· To assist with bookkeeping, prepare Monthly Management accounts and coordinate with the finance team on a timely manner and submit annual reports to external auditors.
· To assist with daily reporting and posting of journal entries in the accounting system
· Reconciliation of creditors, debtors, bank and cash
· Preparing and submitting VAT forms
· Preparation/review of payroll and social insurance forms
· Liaise with banks and other company’s associates
· Cooperate with external auditors for year end financial statements
· Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements or management requests
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
· Internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
· Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Fluency in Greek and English
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
