Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee and coordinate the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Assist in managing employee relations by addressing grievances, concerns, and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Administer compensation and benefits to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and HR data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff and collaborate with management on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management is an advantage.
