Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee and coordinate the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Assist in managing employee relations by addressing grievances, concerns, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in workforce planning, succession planning, and HR data analysis to support decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff and collaborate with management on HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in organizational development and change management is an advantage.
