Job Description

We are looking to hire a highly skilled Sales Administrator. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering administrative support to the Business Development Managers at BeOn Office in Paphos. Additionally, they will oversee daily operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various administrative tasks that differ in complexity.
  • Organize and execute office processes efficiently.
  • Assist in drafting proposals and offers for clients and partners.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Business Development Team and Office Manager.
  • Ensure that all essential procedures and workflows are maintained in alignment with the company’s CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently with a structured and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks when needed.
  • Fluent English and Russian.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Russian language.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with ZOHO CRM.
