About the role:

As our Games Operations Coordinator you will work as a member of the Games team, taking care of our daily games operations for various different brands. It’s an entry-level role, great for someone who already has some industry experience, has a true passion for casino games, and wants to improve their knowledge and grow within this domain.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain and regularly update the game release roadmap in alignment with provider release schedules.
• Oversee the execution of the release roadmap, including game configuration and testing, ensuring timely releases.
• Create game thumbnails, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain and update the game master list while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Conduct monthly updates of game positioning across the casino brands, based on agreements with game providers.
• Provide second-line support for gameplay verification and game-related player issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with game providers.
• Assist with any additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.

Key requirements:

• Experience within iGaming with a love for casino games is highly adventurous
• If you also play casino as a leisure, that’s considered a plus
• Self-driven, if you’re not given a task you can find your own way to provide value to the team
• Great work ethics - you don’t take shortcuts but consider quality as your guide
• Willing to grow within the games domain and learning tasks outside of your regular scope
• Great communication in English both written and verbal - you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
