Your contribution will be vital in driving the success of our mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences while maintaining high engagement, growth, and performance. You will define mobile strategies, optimize user acquisition and retention, and collaborate across teams to implement data-driven solutions. The role reports to the Head of Product, based in Melbourne. Our global team values diverse experiences and perspectives, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment. We are looking for someone open-minded, adaptable, and excited to collaborate across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive mobile strategy - Define and execute the roadmap to maximize customer engagement and business impact
  • Optimize user experience - Leverage data-driven insights to enhance retention, satisfaction, and App Store performance
  • Monitor key metrics - Analyze performance trends using tools like Segment, Mixpanel, and Qualtrics
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with Product, UX, Engineering, and Marketing to align mobile initiatives
  • Influence mobile innovation - Advocate for best practices in mobile growth, ASO, and digital engagement strategies
  • Oversee mobile releases - Ensure smooth deployments while maintaining quality and business expectations


About You

  • Experience: 6+ years in fintech, trading, or online financial services with a focus on mobile growth.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in mobile analytics, ASO, and performance tracking
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • App Store Optimization: Experience managing content, user feedback, and engagement strategies for mobile platforms
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with global teams
